Notis Pemberitahuan Wang Pulangan AL-Mudharabah yang tidak Dituntut

Dengan hormatnya sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa terdapat sebilangan besar peserta-peserta yang pernah menyertai skim-skim takaful am dan keluarga di Insurans Islam TAIB (IIT) masih belum menuntut pulangan Al-Mudharabah mereka. Sehugungan dengan itu pihak IIT menyeru kepada nama-nama atau syarikat-syarikat yang diiklankan supaya akan dapat menuntut pulangan Al-Mudharabah masing–masing.

Peserta-peserta adalah dikehendaki untuk membawa Kad Pengenalan atau Chop Syarikat dan dokumen-dokumen pengenalan yang lain bagi proses pengesahan dan penglepasan pulangan Al-Mudharabah berkenaan.

Jika wang-wang tersebut TIDAK DITUNTUT dalam tempoh satu (1) tahun dari tarikh iklan atau pemberitahuan ini, maka pihak IIT akan menyerahkan wang-wang tersebut kepada Pertubuhan atau Badan-badan Kebajikan yang diiktiraf di Negara Brunei Darussalam.

Notice of Un-Claimed Al-Mudharabah Returns

We observed that a considerable number of participants have not claimed their Al-Mudarabah returns.  We hereby advices the individuals and corporate bodies advertised herewith to claim their Al-Mudharabah Returns accordingly.

You are required to bring your smart identity or letter of representation and company chop as well as other relevant documentation to serve the process of verification and release of the Al-Mudarabah Returns accordingly.

If the monies still NOT CLAIMED within one (1) year from this advertisement or notification date, Insurans Islam TAIB will hand –over the monies to the approved benevolent institutions in Negara Brunei Darussalam.

5th International Halal Expo 2010

HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam officiated at the opening of the fifth edition of the International Halal Products Expo (IHPE) 2010, continuing national efforts to establish Brunei as a regional halal hub.

With His Majesty were His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik, His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah.

Upon arrival at the International Convention Centre in Berakas, His Majesty was greeted by Industry and Primary Resources Minister Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Utama Dato Seri Setia Hj Yahya Begawan Mudim Dato Paduka Hj Bakar, Health Minister Pehin Orang Kaya Johan Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Hj Adanan Begawan Pehin Siraja Khatib Dato Seri Setia Hj Md Yusof and Minister of Religious Affairs Pg Dato Seri Setia Dr Hj Mohammad Pg Hj Abdul Rahman.

Soon after opening the expo, His Majesty and other members of the royal family toured the more than 200 local and international booths participating this year, while conversing with the vendors and enquiring about their products, which ranged from food and medicines to Islamic finance.


His Majesty toured Insurans Islam TAIB booth and had taken pictures with our Managing Director, Hj Osman bin Md Jair and the staff of the company.

Incomparable Gem of the Finest Water WON at the Bowling Tournament

15th May 2010, Emerald is also derived as برق barq "lightning" in Arabic and became champion of all time with a score of 3,132 pinfalls and won the Insurance Islam Taib annual bowling tournament at Utama Bowling Centre. 

Photo shows Emerald team captain receiving the ultimate prize thus the team still awaits their victory celebration dinner.

One of the player below was an ex-champion Bowling Team :D The ladies individual highest score went to Haslia with a total score of 192.

Second Runner up Topaz with 3,065 points couldn't keep up with the lightning champion...  Third and Fourth were followed by Aquamarine and Ruby.




3rd runner up, most of them are the top ten top scorers and had import players too but still a single step behind the champion.



4th runner up, Hj Md Fuad scored highest for the men with a total score of 254 but not enough to beat the lightning team figures.

Insurans Islam TAIB Head Office is under Renovation

Insurans Islam TAIB Supporting an International Academic Event

(Kiulap, Bandar Seri Begawan) - Insurans Islam TAIB Sdn Bhd (IIT) in its bid to support academic events as part of their active community involvement and contribution, is donating amongst others, 550 colourful conference bags to the Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Education (SHBIE) for their forthcoming 15th International Conference on Education (ICE). The gathering of international academicians and professionals with wide-ranging educational backgrounds and specializations will commence between 24th until 27th of May 2010 at Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

The Managing Director of Insurans Islam TAIB, Awang Haji Osman bin Haji Md Jair presented the donations. On hand to receive the contribution was the Dean of SHBIE, Dr Hajah Romaizah bte Haji Mohd Salleh. Also present were the Sponsorship Subcommittee members of the Conference Organising Committee and staff member of Insurans Islam TAIB.

This year’s 15th International Conference on Education carries the theme, “Challenging Models, Challenging Minds: Initiating Effective Educational Reform and Development”. The aim is to discuss and debate, informed by a set of international perspectives, the ongoing challenges facing temporary educators, with particular focus on the challenges of providing effective schools and schooling.

ICE 2010 will also focus on the challenges and opportunities that are being faced by educators, be they teachers, administrators, or teacher trainees, as well as school students facing a bewildering array of reforms and requirements.

A number of subthemes have been identified to give paper presenters the opportunities to share their expertise and research findings and enable the public and overseas participants to attend to keep abreast with the current school management and leadership issues, educational reforms and teaching and learning development.

Three prominent speakers from the United Kingdom, Singapore and Malaysia, renowned for their own work and areas of specializations have agreed to deliver their keynotes. The conference will be held at the Chancellor Hall of the Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

SETIA Motors kicked off its series of events and promotions for 2010 with a promotion being held in conjunction with 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, of which Hyundai is an official partner.

The launch of the first promotion coincided with the local launch of the new Hyundai i20 with the tagline "Drive in Style" at Setia Motors' Beribi showroom on Friday.

TAIB Annual Dinner 2010

20th March 2010, Perbadanan TAIB and it's subsidiaries Insurans Islam TAIB Sdn Bhd and Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd held their 18th Annual Dinner 2010 at The Empire Hotel & Country Club, Grand Hall.  

The eventful night for this year theme was the 70's and the MC was hosted by DJ Daffy.
